Cancellations
We can cancel or modify your order at no cost by visiting our store or calling us within three days of purchase. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Returns
We know that investing in a massage chair is a big decision. We're confident that you'll love it. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less a 5% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. As-Is, open box, and floor models are not refundable or exchangeable. If you are located in Chicago Metro, your order can be hauled away by our installation team for an additional $200. For orders shipped outside Chicago Metro and/or curbside drop-off deliveries, merchandise must be disassembled, placed in the original box(es) and placed on a pallet for pick up.
Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with the merchandise you've received and would like to exchange it for another item, you must inform us of such within 30 days of receipt. If the item you're exchanging costs less than the original purchase charge, we'll refund you the difference. If it costs more, we'll bill you the additional balance due when processing the exchange. For all Chicago Metro exchanges, our delivery team will pick up your old chair and replace it with the new chair for an additional $400. If you are located outside Chicago Metro or prefer to handle the exchange yourself (securely packing the exchanged item/placing it on a pallet and bringing inside your new chair), a $200-300 return shipping charge will be incurred. Exchanges are final, and returns cannot be accepted after an exchange.
Floor/Open Box Models
Merchandise sold "As-Is" (i.e. floor models or open box) cannot be returned or exchanged. All of these sales are final. Open box and floor model products have been thoroughly tested and are in full working condition, though they may exhibit cosmetic flaws that do not affect its operation.
30 Day Price Guarantee
We want your experience with OTA World to be a fantastic one! Should you find the same item (same brand, model number and color) for less by a local retail competitor within 30 days of purchase, OTA World will refund the difference. Clearance, closeouts, out of stock, open box, refurbished, floor samples, special financing or other offers are not included in the 30 Day Price Guarantee.
Processing Refunds
Credit, debit and financing purchases will be credited back to the original form of payment within seven business days of cancelling or returning merchandise. Items purchased with cash will be refunded in the form of a check within seven business days of cancellation or returning merchandise. Checks will be mailed to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Customer Responsibility
Before placing any order, we highly recommend measuring any doors, staircases, and any other obstacles to determine if there is sufficient clearance available. You may view the specifications of all the items we carry on their respective product pages.
